US Repro M1916 Leather HolsterThe USA got things off to a great start ahead of their contemporaries at the time by adopting the M1911 during the First World War. Heading into the Second World War, the US Army made these holsters to carry them into battle. Although a very basic looking design, it was a solid performer when needing to draw in a hurry and could be mounted wherever the user needed it on their belt, securely. Commonly the holster was mounted to a M1936 pistol belt by
polyester fabric with a quick-release buckle and a non-slip adjustable tab
