Hand wash in cool water with wool detergent

Black and clear gutta (wax resist) is then drawn on and painted using various watercolour techniques

The pattern

Trims for neck are made from Japanese silk print and two antique look buttons

I hand embroidered in a simple open blanket embroidery stitch around the neck for a special look to this classic yet contemporary tabard

Each unique card with envelope is created from mini assemblages of pressed leaves and flowers collected from walks around my region in Sydney
