AKG Motorsport - BMW Rear Shock Mount Reinforcements – E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4These BMW E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4 Rear Shock Mount Reinforcement Plates support the rear shock tower to help prevent the common occurrence of tearing and or cracking of the tower, especially with the added stresses of a performance suspension. Our heavy duty (4. 5 mm!) rear shock mount reinforcements are the thickest available. The rear shock tower is one of the most failure prone areas on the 3 series and Z series cracks or bends are a bad sign.
