A beer which has spent many months in Bakery Hill whisky barrels to produce a unique and rich flavour profile. Following on from the success of 2020 and 2022 editions, we have once again reclaimed a number of these barrels freshly emptied of beer,
harvesting the fruit in Autumn
and that the management of the vineyard is reflected in the quality of the ultimate product

and Australian Shiraz in general
culminating in a finish of soft
and until the conclusion of harvest
