1985 Tokai Japan F-55 Random Star Guitar (Black)A true pointy shredder from the 80's. Made in Japan by Tokai, this is a 1985 model F 55 with a geometric body, painted black maple neck with a reasonably round profile and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length), weighs 3. 6kg's. Traditional nut with a locking system on the headstock and a Tokai branded tremolo system, modern voiced rail style humbuckers and master volume tone knobs. This one appears to be all original as pictured with only

Received a full deep clean

truss adjusts as it should

truss works as it should and the electronics sound great

this one's loaded with a Dimarzio pickup and full-sized pots along with a Sprague Orange Drop capacitor

the CB-2V (known as the Banjitar because of it's shape) is a quirky little hollowbody with loads of character

the Level knob controls the output volume

Frets are shiny with some play wear but have plenty of life left and play great

had brand new Steinberger double-ball strings installed prior to listing

Moderately used condition with some scuffs and light wear to the finish and hardware
