2015 Sinapius The Enclave Pinot Noir 750mlOur oldest high density Pinot Noir block features 12 different clones, grown in red ferrosol volcanic soils. This wine undergoes natural fermentation with 100% whole berries, then matures in French oak barriques for 18 months before bottling in November 2018, unfined and unfiltered.
