Alvar Aalto model 66 chair for Finmar 1930sA rare original pre war model 66 bent wood chair designed by Alvar Aalto for Finmar 1930s an early example of Aaltos classic chairs complete with Finmar label underneath We have cleaned and polished this chair and retained its original finish with no repolishing Good condition but with the upholstery from the 1980s

A brown ribbed Hornsea Summit planter vase designed by John Clappison 1960s

from the 60s and designed to hold spherical candles

A lovely set in it’s original box and retaining a Whitefriars paper label plus a Design centre label

These chairs are rarely seen with the arms

in very good condition

There are also two felt lined drawers with dovetail joints and

good original condition having been cleaned and oiled with some re polishing
