Hardy Palakona "The Kenya" Bamboo RodFor sale here is a scarce Hardy Palakona "The Kenya" bamboo rod. Eight feet, three sections with two tips. The rod weighs 5 1 4 oz. The rod is completely original and in excellent condition. All sections are full length and straight. Maroon silks with full intermediates. Up locking aluminum reel seat over bakelite. Serial number H9455 made in 1956. Complete with ferrule plugs. Comes with its original Hardy bag and original Hardy bamboo rod tube.

Near mint condition with only the slightest signs of handling
The Swiss-style ferrules are size 9/64 and 15/64 with an excellent fit
Capacity is #7 plus 150 yds of 20# backing
