Julius Vom Hofe -- H.L. Leonard Raised Pillar Salmon ReelFor sale here is a HL Leonard Raised Pillar Salmon Reel, made by Julius Vom Hofe. Nickel silver rims, pillars, screws, hard rubber side plates. 3 7 8" diameter (4 1 4" across pillars) and 1 1 2 to 1 3 4" spool width. Includes a faint stamping on the faceplate with says "HL Leonard Patent No." and then I think it reads 191813, which would be the Philbrook & Payne patent number. The four position sliding drag adjustment bar and fixed click works well.

Made in 2015 with Mario's highly popular glass ferrules
