It marked the beginning of something bigger: his journey into city drawing. Three years later, in 2017, he returned to Berlin with a refined technique this time drawing the entire cityscape in ink on one single, large 80x80 cm sheet. Fast forward to 2024, and Heiner has once

drawn live on the streets – and deep underground – with pen and ink
