It was manufactured in England and bears the Royal Doulton hallmark, which you can review in the photographs. It is in good condition, though there appears to be a professionally done repair on the top of the handle on the back, which I will try to photograph. Dimensions: 2. 25" W x 3. 75" D x 3. 25" H

It features a lovely Siamese cat with a happy smile and wide cat eyes and an elongated body in a proud pose

The man may have been involved in the military

They're in the shape of  hollow brass bunnies on wooden bases

This camera is missing its top handle and the red film view window on the back
