This rare catalog features only fishing tackle, unlike the standard A&F catalog. Condition is very good, with slight spine damage and light page warping.

Fine condition with dust jacket

The cap bears the Payne trademark stamp as well as the “Sold by Abercrombie & Fitch New York” stamp dating it to pre-1963 (the first Payne Parabolic rods were made in 1936)

Carpenter is a recognized master of the Catskill school of rod building and is no longer taking new orders

Included with the rod are two small sections of hollow-t blank to demonstrate the hollowing architecture
