Tom Collins Definition Canvas Print

Tom Collins Definition Canvas PrintAfter the kitchen light shifts, the room suddenly has a pulse. A clean black on white cocktail definition brings a little wit to the wall and a hint of bar cart energy without taking the room too seriously. It sharpens a home bar, dining nook or kitchen corner, and reads well from across the room thanks to the bold display type. Hang it above a drinks trolley, between cabinets, or as part of a small cluster of cocktail definitions for a built in

A shaggy Highland cow in a flat cap and tartan scarf

The blue is loud but the white space around it keeps things calm

The room gets lighter on its feet

but never dull

Stoneware and woven baskets sit happily alongside

and the whole thing makes the coffee machine corner feel deliberate rather than accidental

Here's the trick: let the white cat cut through all that pink plaster

a tan rug with a slub weave

It earns its keep at eye level on a quiet wall

It softens a sharp modern room and adds a touch of personality to a neutral one

and the dark green jumper grounds the whole thing so it never feels twee

Avoid placing it on a cool blue-grey wall or surrounding it with lots of small fussy prints — the bold shapes need a little breathing room
