Brutal !!! Blanc 2023A blend of Terret Bourret, Mauzac, Grenache Gris and Muscat Blanc a Petits Graains grown on clay and limestone soil in Marseillan (Thau Basin). Direct pressed, aged in sandstone vats for 5 months. No sulfur, no filtration, or anything else. Appearance: Peach, Saline & Lenght
aged shortly in neutral vessels
and then finishes refining for further 6 months in bottle before being marketed
