Short in stature as far as Agastache goes, 60cm x 60cm. Called a perennial however the original plants may only last 2 3 years. Well worth the reward it brings.

Salvia nemorosa is native to a wide area of Central Europe and Western Asia
virescens is more a lilac to pink colour
'Gulosha Azerbaijani' has very juicy medium to large red fruit
'Lisan' has deep cardinal red flowers which appear in Summer
Not only do they have striking foliage but the dusky orange flowers are impressive as well
compact growing Agastache has been bred for better branching and a greater tolerance to humidity
Having said that 'Chocolate Shogun' still prefers dappled shade and moist conditions
Enjoys a full sun position and can handle relatively dry conditions
strappy foliage in Spring and again in Autumn after rain
Needs to be split every 3-4 years
