This provides a secure way to mount the column to the floor. The inner collar pivots to accommodate any floor angle. Split mounts are available for 2" and 2 1 4" columns. Securely mounts steering column to floor or firewall. Will accommodate up to a 30 degree mounting angle. Includes mounting hardware. Machined form solid billet
