80’s Blue Floral Pleated Midi Skirt by GeigerMeasures 28 at the waist, up to 44 through the hips and length is 30; the skirt is fuller than that but the slip limits the size of the hips. You could take out the lining but the printed fabric is semi sheer. Skirt is 90 in circumference at bottom hem. Has one button on the waistband, hidden side zipper and inseam side pockets.
