Ruby Reversible TopThe Ruby is made from 100% cotton from the Kuroki Mills in Japan. The cotton is a Neppy Shirting and has a Cookies N Cream look. Top is crop fit with tie closure and has knife pleat ruffle at bottom and can be worn with both tie in the back or front. Fabric: 100% Cotton Color: Natural

Its oversized raglan cut allows for a looser fit through the shoulders and sleeves

Back neckline is lower to allow for the dress to be worn front or back
Sleeves are extra large and gather around the wrist to create puff
