VTG 90s BLUE RED ORANGE HAWAIIAN BEACH SURF GRAPHIC SWIM SHORTS WITH LINER S M LVintage 1990s Hawaiian surf shorts. They have an elasticated waistband and an overall pattern consisting of surfer graphics with surf boards and palm trees. They have no label so we cannot accurately say material but they feel soft with some stretch, so would suggest potentially cotton and polyester blend.
