70’s Black Halter Maxi Dress by Act IVintage 1970s dress. Solid black with a diamond shaped quilted floral detail at the waist. Halter tie with a plunging v neckline. Low back. Attached tie belt. Back zipper closure. A line silhouette. Brand Act I No size tag so please double check measurements for accurate fit. Additional measurements can be provided. Great vintage condition with one spot located on the skirt. It's not a stain or hole, but a wear spot. Possibly a burn mark. Not sure.
