Thomas and Thomas Beaverkill Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #5A nice Thomas and Thomas Beaverkill model fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip, built for a #5 line. Serial #5551. Impregnated. Near mint condition with a faint trace of a reel foot in the seat varnish and some oxidation to one of the tip tops. I'd call it lawn cast only. 5. 8 ounces. Medium fast action. Tiger stripe flaming and three up node pattern construction. Clear or very light tan wraps with dark brown at the ferrule. A band of dark brown and black at

The reel seat has been replaced with a down lock Orvis screw-lock
