Dutch Fly Box Paul's Model #5Dave ("Dutch") Schultz has been crafting these boxes for over 30 years. He spends his summer months on the banks of the Henry's Fork and in winter months he calls Steamboat Springs, CO home. This is a handsome box with cork inserts, perfect for classic flies. "Paul's Model #5, 10 20 82, by Dutch" is inked on the inside. Box appears mint and unused. The wood appears to be walnut. The dimensions are 5 1 2" x 3 1 2" x 1 1 4".

The serial number begins with an "J"

and which allowed him to fish a variety of conditions quite easily

The rod featured beautiful moderately tempered cane with bright red wraps and blued hardware throughout

No cracks exist in the hard rubber and no dings to the rims

dark straw colored cane with a matte impregnated finish and gold wraps

The blank is unsanded with maroon wraps
