Orvis 1874 fly reel - rare wide spool bass model!For sale here is a very rare reel a C. F. Orvis 1874 model reel wide spool bass model. The reel can be fished right or left hand retrieve and the click is still strong and works really well. The nickel plated finish is in excellent condition. The reel foot is full length and has never been filed. You may not see another wide spool model like this in a very long time, so don't hesitate adding this one to your collection!

There is one ding on the rim

The up-locking reel seat over an African mahogany spacer could stand to be cleaned but remains in fine condition void of major scratches or dents save a minor scratch on the backside of the spacer
