R.I.P. (original drawing)Not every death is explained. My idea for this piece was as much about drawing a bunch of pebbles and tree bark as it was about drawing a skeleton. Ive always liked drawing skulls and skeletons but most of the time Ive drawn them in art classes as studies or practice for other drawings. Well not anymore, I will definitely be adding more skull and skeleton drawings to this series of drawings My originals are hand drawn graphite on smooth Bristol paper

I really like the texture of the flamingo that I came up with and what better way to add a pattern than to add a flamingo wallpaper as the background

I wanted to draw a detailed sugar skull and decided I wanted a sort of sun burst background but I wanted it to have a pattern texture to it

So I decided to do a little art therapy and draw a flamingo in my style of drawing

Seahorses like so many creatures in the sea are almost other worldly

All wood prints are printed on birch finishing plywood and come ready to hang

Ships in 7-10 days and should arrive within 2-3 weeks

16" x 20" prints come framed in a frame that is similar to the one pictured

If you're interested we can work on the frame size (I keep several in stock) and I can even customize the color

I wanted textures and patterns to be an emphasis in this piece also
