18th Century Italian still life - Fish and MelonThis is a wonderful late 18th century oil on canvas still life depicting fish and melon. The quality of the work is very good and is housed in the original frame. The subtle colours are hugely decorative and the age of the piece is evident in its originality. These came from a house in Florence and I have three others clearly done by the same hand but differing still life scenes. All available individually. Height 55cm Width 77cm

It shows a bearded man with height stood on a hill side

The top from certain sides is slightly out of centre but this looks to be the way it's always been

This is an exceptional very large 20th century Bokhara carpet with bold claret red background and brown with white elephant foot details

Unfortunately I am unable to make it out but its a nice detail for sure

A great piece for collectors and hugely decorative as well

They create a wonderful light and atmosphere

The marble has a nicely shaped edge as well
