Cosmetically and functionally the reel is in original and stellar condition
and mechanically perfect
The aluminum reel foot has some ridging from mounting on a rod
the stripping pillar does have a substantial groove in it (only 1/4 of the pillar remains in that location
A nice mid-size salmon reel
The rod includes the original bag with hang-tag and stiffening dowel and original tube with brass fittings
and under the keeper wrap
First flat: "Midge" 6' - 3" - 1
The slide band reel seat spacer is possibly cherry wood with some brown bands and reflects the cane and wrap scheme in color
bound in leather
a few of the silk wraps display the "frosting" effect
