Bill Blackburn HB Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #4A William (Bill) Blackburn hollow built bamboo fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip, listed for a #4 line. Fast, progressive action and I think this would actually be better fished with a #5 instead. "W. Blackburn, 8' 4 wt. H. B., #3626" inked on successive flats on the butt. The rod is nice and straight, though the ferrule fits are a bit snug. Lightly used condition overall, though one tip has a crack just below the tip top. It might be saved with a clear
three sections with two tips for a six weight line
